Our Company
SOTA Homes is a full service provider of home technology solutions. SOTA Homes was
formed through the merger of QMS and Promedia Works to create a new way of intergrating energy efficiency, comfort, convenience,
security and home entertainment while providing a one stop shop for builders, architects and homeowners.
SOTA Homes performs seamlessly ; managing all activity from consulting/planning,
design, engineering, installation, upgrades and support.
SOTA Homes begins with a home evaluation and consultation. Our team continues to work with the homeowner to design and implement the best custom
solution. We do not try and use a cookie cutter solution for each client. We know that every home and family are different.

Our Management Team
Barry Joseph has 12 years of consumer electronics, home technology and infrastructure
experience. In the office, Barry provides the builder and homeowner with information and solutions
to meet their needs. In the field, Barry is an expert manager who has participated in every aspect of the home
technology experience from pre-wiring, security, climate control to home theater design. From teams of 10 to
50 Barry understands how to cost, plan and implement any project. With a keen focus on customer satisfaction
on every level, Barry is a definite asset to the SOTA homes team.
Romin Johnson, co founder, contributes his 15 + years of technology experience and expertise. As the founder of
ProMedia Works, Romin brought the benefits of the latest technologies in networking, information management and custom
system design to the client. Romin's background includes experience in the design, management and implementation of
residential networking systems. Romin is a staunch advocate of home technology for its efficiency, security and convenience.
Romin is also an expert at simplifying the technology and its application so any consumer can enjoy it's values
and impact on their home.
